BUDGET NEWS: All CSUN self-support programs (including master's degrees, baccalaureate degree completion, credit certificate programs, and online degrees) offered through CSUN's Tseng College, will remain open for applications and admission for the Spring and Fall 2010 semesters. Winter session and Open University courses also will be available.
